Day 1: Fes

Arrive the airport of Fes, you will be met by your driver and tour guide. 

Drive to the city and check in your accommodation.

Fes is known as the spiritual, cultural and artisanal capital of the country.

After some rest, enjoy your first sightseeing tour followed by dinner.

Day 2: Guided tour of Fes

After breakfast, begin your tour with your guide from Fes el-jadid to visit the Royal Palace which is one of the oldest and largest in Morocco.

You will learn also about the Jewish Quarter ‘Mellah’ dating from 1438 and the landmark Merinids Tombs that offer an extensive lookout over the old city.

Continue to the medina, which was designated a UNESCO world heritage site in 1981, to visit the magnificent Moulay Idris Mausoleum, the medieval University of Karaouiyne, the Medrasa Attarine and the Tanneries that have been in use for over 1000 years.

Return to your accommodation and have dinner at a restaurant of your choice in the city.

Day 3: Day trip from Fes to Volubilis, Moulay Idriss and Meknes

After breakfast, drive to Volubilis, which is the best-preserved excavations in Northern Africa from the Roman time. This archeological site, listed as a UNESCO world heritage, provides you an opportunity to explore an ancient Roman and Berber city which has been partially excavated during the French colonization. Then drive to the holiest city in Morocco, Moulay Idriss and have lunch there.

Head to Meknes, another UNESCO world heritage site, and visit the famous Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss, the Bab Mansour gate, Granaries and more.

Return to your accommodation.

Day 4: Fes to Marrakech

Drive to the imperial city of Marrakech through the Atlas Mountains and learn about the Berbers. The road winds through the mountains and you will be able to stop for photos and enjoy the scenic views along the way.

Upon your arrival in Marrakech, your driver will take you to your accommodation where you can enjoy your dinner or you have it outside based on your own choice.

Day 5: Guided tour of Marrakech

After breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of the city Marrakech. You will have an opportunity to explore a number of historical palaces, museums, and sites in the city such as: Bahia palace, Dar El pasha, El Badie palace, Dar si Said and the UNESCO site Jemaa El Fna square.

Visit the Majorelle Garden and the YSL, Yves Saint-Laurent, museum.

Return to your accommodation and rest.

Have dinner at a restaurant of your choice.

Day 6: Day trip to Imlil

After breakfast, depart for a day trip to Imlil, you will be in awe of the spectacular views of the small rocky hills, green mountains and grazing sheep.

Spend some time hiking with a local guide.

The trek can be tailored to your interests and energy level, your efforts will be rewarded with magical views of the mountains.

Stop for lunch in Kasbah Tamadot, the luxury retreat owned by Sir Richard Branson.

Return to Marrakech and have dinner.

Day 7: Casablanca

After breakfast you will take the highway to Casablanca, the largest and most progressive city in Morocco.

Upon arrival, visit the Hassan II Mosque, the largest one in Morocco and one of the largest in the world.

You can also explore the beachfront, also known as the corniche.

Then in the evening enjoy a ‘Farewell to Morocco’ dinner at Rick’s café a Casablanca landmark.

After dinner return to your hotel for a final overnight stay.

Day 8: Airport.

After breakfast, your driver will transfer you to the airport.
